How can the professional experience of healthcare workers contribute to more integrated, accessible, and high-quality care for older people?
Alma Mater Europaea University, within the framework of the citizen science project “Co-creating social infrastructure for the integration of health services and long-term care services”, is organizing an introductory training session for healthcare professionals.
The training will be intended to present the citizen science approach and the possibilities for involving healthcare professionals in research activities. Special attention will be devoted to identifying the needs of older adults, the challenges in coordinating health services and long-term care, and the importance of cooperation between different professional fields.
Participants will learn how they can use their professional knowledge and experience to contribute to researching existing challenges and co-creating proposals to improve care.
