Research Center for Project Management

The Research Center for Project Management focuses on exploring key challenges of modern project management, such as time and cost overruns, management success, competence development, and management in a multicultural environment.

It pays special attention to phenomena like the projectification of society, where an increasing part of the economy is organized through projects. The goal of the research is to develop new theoretical and practical approaches for greater project efficiency, including the role of megaprojects in the development of modern society.

The center strengthens the scientific foundation of the profession and promotes advanced methodological approaches that contribute to the development of project management as a key factor in change leadership.
