University Senate as a rule meets every second Thursday of the month, while the committees meet in accordance with the published schedules. Some committees do not have a predetermined annual schedule and meet as needed, for example the Disciplinary Committee and the Appeals Committee.
During the summer period, in July and August, committees generally do not meet.
