Brief project description:
Our project stems from the needs of Europe’s ageing population and the needs of the next generation of gerontological educators and professionals in Eastern and Western Europe. Together with our partners, we aim to promote biographical education in Eastern and Western Europe and create a multicultural, digital biographical library where the life memories of older people from Germany, Slovenia, Poland, and Lithuania will be stored. These memories will be available to all project partners for future research and the development of educational content.

Brief project description:
The MOVE4BRAIN project builds on the results of the previous BRAIN project, which developed multisensory programmes and trained professionals to work with young children. The new project focuses on developing high-quality, scientifically supported physical activities for children with mild disabilities and on preparing guidelines and training professionals for their effective implementation.
By integrating these approaches into educational programmes, especially in socially disadvantaged environments, the project promotes inclusive education and contributes to better motor-cognitive development and the overall well-being of children. The aim of the project is to ensure equal opportunities for the development of all children, regardless of their abilities.

Brief project description:
The Golftegration project promotes social inclusion and improves the quality of life of people with various diseases through the sports of golf and Pitch & Putt. Golf, as a sport with proven physical and psychological benefits, is used as a tool to strengthen health, well-being, and social connectedness.
Special emphasis is placed on Pitch & Putt as a more accessible, sustainable, and equitable form of golf, where all participants take part under equal conditions, regardless of gender, age, or physical abilities. The project creates an inclusive environment for people with various health conditions, including veterans, people with Alzheimer’s disease, and people with Down syndrome.
Through workshops, training sessions, and community events, the project strengthens healthy lifestyle habits, social inclusion, and encourages the creation of a supportive and inclusive community.

Brief project description: BrainSpin is an international Erasmus+ Sport project that uses table tennis as an innovative rehabilitation tool to improve the motor and cognitive abilities as well as the social inclusion of people with Parkinson’s disease. Since traditional exercise programmes often fail to achieve sufficient participation, the project offers a structured and motivating approach that combines physical, mental, and social aspects.
The project includes the development of a standardised exercise programme and the training of professionals, the implementation of multi-month interventions in several European countries, and the establishment of a digital learning platform. At the same time, it contributes to research in the field of effective rehabilitation.
BrainSpin promotes a healthy lifestyle, social inclusion, and cooperation between sports organisations, healthcare professionals, and research institutions, with the aim of improving the quality of life of people with Parkinson’s disease.
