Record-only enrolment (public)
A non-student is a person without student status, which means they do not enjoy the student rights deriving from that status, but who wishes to complete study requirements defined by study programs or requirements within other education delivered by Alma Mater. As a non-student, a person may complete study requirements in individual courses of first-, second-, and third-cycle study programs, as well as differential courses that are a condition for enrollment in a given study program. They may also complete requirements in continuing education programs and specialist studies.
If a non-student does not meet the conditions for enrollment in a study program as a student, they may attend lectures and classes but cannot complete study requirements.
Record-only registration is done by filling in the form Application for completing study requirements without enrollment at Alma Mater . The completed form is automatically sent to the email address referat@almamater.si .
The fee for completing study requirements with an exam is calculated by dividing the annual tuition fee by 60 ECTS credits and multiplying by the course's number of ECTS credits. The payment includes attending course exercises, clinical practice for the course, two attempts at the exam, colloquium, or partial exam, and access to study materials. In the case of a third or any subsequent attempt at the exam, the participant is obliged to pay the amount according to the current Alma Mater Price List.
Alma Mater reserves the right to process applications for enrollment as a non-student in accordance with its administrative and organizational capacities. If, due to limitations, it is not possible to accept additional non-students, we may reject the application for record-only registration.
