Enrollment in a higher year
Students who meet the progression requirements in accordance with the accredited and publicly recognized study program may advance to a higher year.
Students who meet the enrollment requirements will have the enrollment form for enrollment in a higher year opened in the VIS system in the second half of August. Enrollment will be possible until 26 September of the current academic year; after that date, enrollment will no longer be possible.
Before enrollment, it is essential to check whether all financial obligations for previous academic years have been settled, as this is one of the conditions for successful enrollment.
Procedure for enrollment in a higher year
A student who meets the enrollment requirements completes the electronic enrollment form in VIS. Access to VIS
- The enrollment form is available in the left menu under the Enrollment form tab. After completing it, you sign the enrollment form electronically in the system. There is no need to send documents by post, as the electronic signature is valid.
- Save the proof of payment of tuition and enrollment fee and any additional supporting documents (for example, Payer’s Statement, decision on recognition of study obligations, etc.) on your computer as jpg/jpeg or pdf and then upload them to VIS.
- The Student Office will verify the adequacy of the enrollment documentation and successfully complete the enrollment within five working days. The student will be notified of the successful enrollment at their almamater.si email address.
-
After successfully completing the enrollment, they will see the signed contract in VIS and can print the Certificate of Enrollment.
In the case of incomplete documentation, the Student Office will contact the student via their almamater.si email address.
